On some of the Honda small engines such as the GX390 (GX Series), the drain plug is slightly recessed into the casing. Our valve is slightly too large to fit within the recess. When installing our valve (EZ-109 in this case), to get a solid seal, you should use a small washer between the valve and the unit.
